Website Design and Build

A complete website built for your business, written for your customers, and fast enough that nobody leaves before it loads.

$997one time, starting price

We build the whole thing. Design, pages, the words on those pages, the contact form, the setup that lets Google understand what you do, and the hosting arrangement that keeps it online. You do not hand us a finished plan. You tell us about your business and we come back with a site.

Sites start at $997 as a one time cost. That is a real starting price for a real site rather than a number designed to get you on the phone, and most small businesses land at or near it. A larger build with a page for every service, or something that needs online booking or a store attached, costs more, and we tell you what it costs before we start rather than after.

There is no monthly contract attached to the build. If you want us to keep looking after it afterwards that is a separate decision you make later, and you are allowed to say no.

What that actually involves

Design and build

Every site is built for the business it belongs to. We do not buy a template, swap the logo and the stock photo, and hand it back. That is why sites we build do not look like each other, which you can see for yourself on the work page.

The writing

We write the pages. Most small business sites fail on the words rather than the design, usually because they describe the business the way the owner thinks of it instead of the way a customer searches for it. Fixing that is most of the job.

Built to load fast

Pages are built to open immediately, including on a phone on a weak signal out in the county. Speed is a ranking factor, but more to the point people leave slow sites, and you never find out about the ones who left.

Set up to be found

Page titles, descriptions, headings, structured data and a sitemap, all done properly at build time. This is the unglamorous part that decides whether the site ever appears in a search result.

Works on a phone

Most of your customers will only ever see the site on a phone. We build for that screen first and check the result on real devices rather than assuming.

A contact form that works

Messages reach you reliably. It is worth saying out loud because broken contact forms are extremely common and silently cost businesses money for months at a time.

Questions about websites

01
How long does a site take?
Three days or less from the point where we have your information, and there is no rush fee for that because it is simply how we work. What holds a project up is almost never the building, it is waiting on photos, service details and the answers to a few questions only you can answer.
02
Who owns the domain name?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, not ours, and it stays yours whatever happens between us. That is the part that matters most, because the domain is your address on the internet and everything else can be rebuilt.
03
What do you need from me?
A description of what you do, the services you want to sell, any photos of your actual work, and your licensing or insurance details if they apply. If you have no photos we will talk about options, but real photographs of your own work outperform stock images by a wide margin.
04
Is $997 really the price?
It is the starting price and plenty of sites are built at it. If what you need is bigger than that we will tell you the number before any work begins. We do not do surprise invoices.

Tell us what your business does.

A couple of lines is plenty. We reply in writing with what we would build, what it costs and when it goes live.
