About
A website shop in Dunnellon, Florida.
We build websites for small businesses and then do the work that gets those websites found. That is the whole thing.

01 The short version
Northfolk has built 76 sites for businesses across about ten industries. Demolition contractors in Tampa, an immigration law firm in Newark, a locksmith, a barber shop, several travel agencies, a Caribbean artist, a youth basketball program in Brooklyn, and a good number of contractors who mostly wanted the phone to ring more often.
We are based in Dunnellon, and we have started building for the businesses around us here. Dunnellon Christian Academy and The Garden Doctor teaching farm are both clients and both are in town.
Working locally is different from working at a distance, and better. You can drive past the business. You know which road people take to get there and why nobody from the north side ever comes down. That context ends up in the site, and it is difficult to fake from somewhere else.
02 How we work
- We build, we do not assemble
- No themes, no page builder with the colours changed. That takes longer and it is the reason none of our sites look like each other.
- We say no
- If your existing site is fine, we will tell you. If you do not need a monthly plan, we will tell you that too, and it costs us money to do it.
- We write plainly
- Marketing language that could describe any business describes none of them. Specifics are what convince a person and, increasingly, what an AI assistant can actually repeat.
- The domain is yours
- We register your domain in your name rather than ours. It is your address on the internet, and holding onto a client by holding onto that is not a business we want to run.
03 Neighbours
Both are in town. Both took a few days. The case studies say what each one had to do and why.
Tell us what your business does.
A couple of lines is plenty. We reply in writing with what we would build, what it costs and when it goes live.
