Two customers, opposite needs

A demolition contractor serves two kinds of people. There is the planned work, where a builder or developer is comparing contractors on capability and wants detail, references and evidence you can handle the size of job. Then there is the unplanned work, where somebody has had a fire or a flood and needs the mess gone.

The second group is not reading. They want to know you cover their area, you do this kind of work, and how to reach you, in that order, in about eight seconds.

Building for both without compromising either

The top of the site does the fast job. What they do, where they work, and a way to get a quote that does not require scrolling. Underneath that, the site opens out into the detail the planned work needs: land clearing, building wrecking, pool removal, fire and flood damage, debris hauling, each one described properly rather than listed as a bullet.

Splitting the services out that way is also how you get found. Somebody searching for pool removal is searching for pool removal, not for demolition services, and a page that names the job is the page that shows up.

Credibility carries a lot of weight here

You are inviting a company to bring heavy equipment to your property and knock part of it down. Licensing, insurance and experience are not decoration on a site like this, they are the purchase decision, so they are stated plainly and early rather than buried on an about page.

What to notice

Open it on a phone. Everything a panicking customer needs is above the fold, and the depth a developer wants is one scroll away rather than gone.

See more of this kind of work on the ALLIED Wrecking project page, or browse everything on the work page.
